FNBO is seeking an energized, professional sales individual to build and grow our card personalization business. This role will be responsible for direct sales and growing the business through a multi‑channel strategy and relationship‑driven partnerships.

The role requires a seasoned business development professional with a strong network and proven negotiation track record in financial services, capable of driving new client acquisitions and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the card/financial industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong ability to sell to qualified card issuers and corporate prospects, build relationships, and drive long-term growth.
• Frequent travel of approximately 30% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through outreach and relationship-building.
• Identify and pursue opportunities with strong fit based on interest, scalability, and strategic alignment.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and close.
• Achieve or exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Present at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads and expand referral networks.
• Create premium sales collateral and responses (proposals, RFPs, presentations).
• Provide market insights on trends, competition, and opportunities to leadership.
• Support onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and happy customers.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and product teams to meet client needs.
