Job summary

FNBO is seeking an energized, professional sales individual to build and grow our card personalization business. This remote role focuses on direct sales and growing the business through multi-channel relationships and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in business development or sales within the financial services industry, a strong network of relationships, and a proven track record in negotiating partnerships. Travel is expected at about 30%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales with prior card or financial industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong ability to sell to qualified card issuers and corporate prospects, build external and internal relationships, and create long‑term, profitable growth.
• Frequent travel of approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through market evaluation, targeted outreach, and relationship-building activities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.
• Achieve or exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct direct sales activities at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads and expand referral networks.
• Create premium sales collateral including proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and marketing materials in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
