Job summary

FNBO is seeking an energetic sales professional to build and grow our card personalization business. You will own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract close, leveraging a multichannel strategy and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business development or sales within financial services, a strong network, and the ability to travel about 30%. This remote role offers flexibility and opportunities to impact revenue growth.

Qualifications

5+ years in business development or sales, with prior card or financial industry experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
Strong ability to sell to qualified card issuers and corporate prospects, build external and internal relationships, and create long‑term, profitable growth.
Frequent travel of approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through market evaluation, targeted outreach, and relationship‑building activities.
Identify and pursue prospect opportunities that demonstrate strong fit based on interest, scalability, and strategic alignment.
Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.
Achieve or exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets.
Conduct direct sales activities at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads and expand referral networks.
