FNBO is seeking an energized sales professional to build and grow our card personalization business. You will drive direct sales and expand through a multi-channel strategy, leveraging partnerships and a strong network to close deals from initial contact to contract.

The role requires a proven track record in business development, relationship building, and achieving revenue targets in financial services. Travel up to 30% is expected, with remote work flexibility and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with preferred card or financial industry background.
• Strong ability to sell to qualified card issuers and corporate prospects, build relationships, and drive profitable growth.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through market evaluation, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close; exceed new client acquisition targets.
• Create premium sales collateral and serve as SME on card personalization market trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and product teams to align on client needs and service capabilities.
• Support onboarding to ensure seamless transition and meet customer expectations.
