Ladders is recruiting a Sales Executive Senior, Card Issuing and Payments for remote US-based candidates. This role focuses on driving new business growth for banking technology solutions related to card issuing and payments for regional and community banks.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop executive relationships, and position our solutions as drivers of growth and efficiency. Strong prospecting, pipeline discipline, and consultative selling are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years selling banking technology solutions, especially card issuing & processing.
• Proven ability to self-source leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Success acquiring new clients with consultative selling.
• Strong knowledge of credit/debit card ecosystems and banking ops.
• Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders across banking sectors.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through cold calling and networking.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline focused on regional/community banks.
• Identify opportunities for financial institutions to optimize card portfolios.
• Lead discovery conversations on portfolio growth and operational efficiency.
• Position solutions as strategic enablers of growth and retention.
