• Develops capture strategies, analyzes market trends, evaluates competitors, and shapes pricing/teaming/proposal strategies.
• Manages capture lifecycle from pursuit decision through proposal submission.
• Manages schedule and presents milestones to senior leadership.
• Prepares interim reviews and work products.
• Maintains budget (plans vs. actuals) for the capture efforts.
