Job summary

CesiumAstro, a leader in satellite communications, is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to drive capture and proposal efforts for government and commercial opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Business Capture, you will coordinate ROMs, NTEs, and firm proposals, partner with Contracts, Program Management, Engineering, and other teams, and build strong customer relationships to win opportunities.

The role requires a bachelor's in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering, 12+ years of experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in airborne/space-based comms.
• Knowledge of CAS, FAR and government procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture and proposal efforts for government and commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate ROMs, NTEs, and firm proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and communicate win strategies, discriminators, and compliant proposals.
• Manage pricing reviews, BOEs, and cost-volume alignment with RFPs.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive proposals.
• Ensure timely and thorough handoffs from capture to program execution.
