Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM field.
• 9+ years of progressive aerospace experience with competitive BD, strategic capture, or program shaping in national security space markets.
• Substantive knowledge of payload architectures or advanced electrical subsystems.
• Active, verifiable TS/SCI clearance suitable for immediate access to national reconnaissance environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, qualification, and capture of high-value space and payload programs to position the business unit to win major contracts.
• Serve as the primary BD interface to elite national intelligence space directorates.
• Leverage engineering breadth to shape requirements and customer discussions.
• Oversee budgets and lead large-scale proposal teams through reviews.
