Job summary

SAIC is seeking a dynamic Director of Capture to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive opportunities within National Intelligence, including Air Force Space and Intel Space customers. This high-visibility role focuses on strategy, innovation, and growth across SAIC's government portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in capture management, a track record of winning large-scale contracts, and TS clearance with SCI eligibility or polygraph.

Qualifications

15+ years in capture management or related roles supporting large government contracts.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in capture/business development.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility or poly.
Experience pursuing large National Intelligence sector opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead capture initiatives across National Intelligence customers.
Develop winning capture strategies tailored to government customers.
Collaborate with operations, market leaders, and proposal staff.
Shape compliant, compelling proposals aligned with customer objectives.
Engage NRO, NGO stakeholders to shape opportunities ahead of RFP.
Oversee pipeline management across multiple technologies and agencies.
Manage resources, schedules, budgets, and risks for opportunities.
Monitor defense and intelligence tech trends to adjust capture strategies.
