Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks an Account Executive to manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients, guiding underwriting strategy and ensuring regulatory and financial compliance. You will deliver high-quality board reporting and contribute to business development with expert technical guidance.

The role requires extensive experience in captive insurance, strong leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders while upholding governance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of captive insurance and financial services experience.
• CPA qualification or active maintenance through CPD.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Advanced presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of new business and input to marketing strategy.
• Provide technical guidance on request within the Practice.
• Oversee regulatory approval for changes to business plan and board approvals for underwriting decisions.
• Ensure timely production of board papers and minutes.
