Qualifications

Minimum of three years of progressive experience in construction management, real estate advisory, capital projects consulting, or related fields.
Knowledge of construction phases including planning, pre-construction, procurement, scheduling, cost estimating, and reporting.
Experience with contract compliance audits and project lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Conduct construction and real estate process reviews for opportunities to improve controls and compliance.
Assess construction contracts, real estate lease agreements, and capital project performance.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
Lead fieldwork activities and prepare reports and client-ready presentations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project oversight and risk mitigation.
Support lifecycle management from acquisition to disposition aligning with client objectives.
