Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in construction management or real estate advisory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, or PE preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, and reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Support lifecycle from acquisition and development to operations and disposition, aligning with business objectives.
