Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in construction management or real estate advisory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Accounting, or related field; professional designations preferred.
• Knowledge of construction phases: planning, pre-construction, procurement, contract administration, scheduling, cost estimating, and reporting.
• Experience conducting contract compliance audits and real estate portfolio management for public/private clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce audit work papers and client-facing reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of construction and real estate management processes, controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Assess construction contracts, real estate lease agreements, and capital project performance for contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork activities: data collection, site visits, interviews, and documenting findings; prepare reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to mitigate risk.
• Support clients through the real estate and capital project lifecycle from acquisition to disposition.
