Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in construction management, real estate advisory, capital projects consulting, or related fields.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; professional certifications preferred.
• Experience in contracting, cost auditing, and real estate portfolio management is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate process reviews and compliance assessments.
• Assess contracts, lease agreements, and capital project performance for adherence to terms and regulations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork activities, including data collection, site visits, and interviews.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, and clients to support oversight and risk mitigation.
• Support real estate and capital project lifecycle from acquisition to disposition.
