Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Capital Projects Manager to own and execute strategic cross-functional operations and technology projects on the TOM team, shaping logistics footprint and infrastructure.

This role requires scoping large projects, managing timelines, and communicating status, risks, and changes to senior leadership while guarding cost and quality. The position involves coordinating with multiple organizations, building budgets, and traveling up to 25% across the United States and Canada

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, or architecture/design experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing large cross-functional capital projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver capital projects on time and within budget.
• Provide technical direction and ensure design standards meet requirements.
• Manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and vendors.
• Develop and maintain the delivery program and project budget, including capital requests.
• Report on construction progress and financials to senior leadership.
• Travel ~25% for site assessments and reviews.
