Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee capital infrastructure projects in the Global Engineering, Maintenance, & Sustainability organization. You will lead a team, coordinate multiple vendors, and drive projects to meet schedule and budget.

The role requires up to 80% travel nationwide and relocation assistance may be provided. Candidates should live near or be willing to relocate to a suitable office location.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones and drive delivery
• Owns program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers
• Influence design and development of strategic processes
• Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
• Develop, implement, and governs the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program
• Provide accountability while reporting on status, asking for help, and escalating issues as necessary
• Responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and Go-Live
• Travel up to 80% nationwide; valid driver's license required
