Job summary

The Senior Project Manager (Capital Systems) at the University of the District of Columbia will oversee planning, administration, and oversight of capital programs, facilities systems, and operational technology initiatives on campus. You will coordinate with leadership, consultants, and partners to optimize enterprise applications supporting capital planning, asset management, and space utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of facilities management experience.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and operational expertise required.
• Experience supporting facilities infrastructure, enterprise asset management systems, capital planning systems, or related operational technologies.
• Knowledge of capital programs, facilities operations, construction, infrastructure planning, and asset management principles.

Responsibilities

• Capital Program Planning & Administration: supports planning, coordination, and administration of capital programs and infrastructure projects.
• Enterprise Systems Management & Technology Integration: leads implementation and improvement of enterprise systems for facilities, asset management, and capital planning.
• Strategic Planning, Data Analytics & Reporting: coordinates data collection, analytics, dashboards, and reporting for strategic decisions.
• Budget Support & Program Performance Management: assists with budget development, monitoring, and resource allocation decisions.
• Stakeholder Engagement, Training & Change Management: develops training and change initiatives for system adoption.
• Other Duties as Assigned: supports the department's mission and goals.
