Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience within Capital Markets, preferably institutional.
• Knowledge of financial products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX.
• Strong understanding of middle and back office operations through the trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to define business requirements and target operating models.
• Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support end-to-end migration activities and current state analysis.
• Translate complex business processes into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Skills

10+ years of Business Analyst experience within Capital Markets

Knowledge of financial products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX

Strong understanding of middle and back office operations

Experience with large-scale system implementations

Strong requirements gathering skills

Excellent stakeholder management communication skills

Comfortable with JIRA
