Job summary

State of Missouri invites applications for a CI Coordinator to lead capital improvements planning, construction administration, and program management within OA-FMDC. The role focuses on developing 5-year CI plans, budgets, and funding strategies while overseeing JOC, construction services, and emergency projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or business (substitutions may be allowed).
Three or more years of experience in project design, project management, construction, or related fields.
Three to five years of facility capital improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prioritize excellent service for a wide network of internal and external stakeholders.
Drive operational efficiency by optimizing resources to reduce costs and improve performance.
Develop and maintain short- and long-term capital asset plans and five-year master plans.
Assist with CI budgets, JOC, construction services, and emergency projects.
Enter and update information in the Capital Improvement Budget Request (CIBR) system.
Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and records.
Follow OA-FMDC safety protocols and OSHA standards.
