Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Director of Facilities Project Management to lead capital improvement, maintenance, and reserve projects across communities. You will direct internal teams and contractors, write RFPs, manage budgets, and partner with senior leadership to deliver on time and within scope and budget.

The role requires 5+ years of capital project experience, strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Skilled in cost analysis, budgeting, and competitive bidding practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and mechanical equipment such as pump stations

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of major and minor capital improvement, maintenance, and reserve projects.
• Work closely with the Developer and their Executive Management Team.
• Draft and review RFPs, negotiate contract terms, and ensure compliance with all contract deliverables.
• Provide executive-level project updates and recommendations to the Executive Director, Board of Directors
• Oversee the work of vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget control.
• Manage the development and execution of a three- to five-year project roadmap with the Executive Director.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic planning.
• Establish and implement project management processes and ensure safety and guidelines.
