Responsibilities include preparing memoranda, presenting to loan committees, and partnering with deal teams to optimize risk-adjusted returns while maintaining policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field.
• 4–6 years of commercial credit analysis experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive credit analysis, including cash flow modeling and leverage evaluation.
• Develop clear credit recommendations with risks and mitigants.
• Evaluate sponsor support, industry dynamics, and enterprise value.
• Prepare credit memoranda, loan presentations, and reviews for approvals.
• Guide loan presentations for the loan committee.
