Job summary

5C Data Centers seeks a Sr. Manager of Supply Chain (Capital Equipment Procurement) to lead end-to-end RFP and procurement for critical power, electrical, and cooling equipment powering AI Factory and data center deployments.

You will establish scalable sourcing strategies, evaluate suppliers, manage contracting, and coordinate with engineering, quality, construction, and operations to translate deployment schedules into executable procurement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or related field.
• 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience in complex capital equipment environments.
• 10+ years in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or related capital equipment procurement.

Responsibilities

• Procurement leadership & strategy: build and scale the capital equipment procurement function with end-to-end responsibility.
• Sourcing & supplier selection: manage RFx lifecycle and supplier negotiations for power, electrical, and cooling equipment.
• Supplier performance & governance: establish QBRs and use scorecards and improvement plans.
• Planning & ERP/MRP: align material planning with deployment schedules; lead ERP/MRP implementations.
• Logistics & delivery: manage end-to-end logistics, OFCI commissioning and closeout documentation.
• Risk, cost & analytics: identify risks, drive should-cost and build supplier performance dashboards.
