This role requires deep contract knowledge, eight years of sourcing experience, and the ability to coach others while maintaining a focus on risk and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires eight years of advanced contracting, sourcing, or logistics experience.
• Project management experience required.
• Expert contract knowledge, negotiation and project management skills required.
• Requires advanced expertise in sourcing and supply chain management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and significant experience with purchasing and sourcing systems.
• Must be results-oriented and customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Execute contracting and procurement strategy/tactics for large-scale capital projects, sourcing for high value, complex goods and services.
• Apply expert contract knowledge and ensure efficient project delivery management.
• Develop complex contract negotiation strategies and plans for large-scale capital projects.
• Lead project planning alignment to schedule and supply chain needs.
• Lead post-award contract management and manage supplier performance.
• Develop and lead capital project risk management strategies.
• Provide coaching and guidance to other sourcing professionals.
