Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Eight years of advanced contracting, sourcing, or logistics experience.
• Project management experience required.
• Expert contract knowledge, negotiation and project management skills required.
• Advanced sourcing and supply chain management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing/sourcing systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute contracting and procurement strategy for large-scale capital projects.
• Lead bid events and evaluate proposals to award business.
• Develop and apply project delivery contracting strategy.
• Manage post-award contract management and KPI tracking.
• Mitigate risk and coordinate with stakeholders to meet milestones.
