Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical/analytical field.
• Eight years of advanced contracting, sourcing, or logistics experience.
• Project management experience required.
• Expert contract knowledge, negotiation and project management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Execute contracting and procurement strategy for large-scale capital projects and lead bid events.
• Lead development and application of project delivery contracting strategy and ensure compliance.
• Develop complex contract negotiation plans and resolve contract changes and claims.
• Create and manage project sourcing plans and integrate with stakeholder roadmaps.
• Lead post award contract management and monitor supplier performance against milestones.
• Develop risk management strategies and document insurance requirements.
