Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Requires eight years of advanced contracting, sourcing, or logistics experience.
• Project management experience required.
• Expert contract knowledge, negotiation, and project management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute contracting and procurement strategy/tactics for large-scale capital projects.
• Lead bid evaluation teams to analyze proposals and award business.
• Develop should-cost models and project justifications.
• Negotiation of contracts and post-award management with suppliers.
