Job summary

The role requires strong organization, communication and teamwork, with on-call duties and travel across New England. A construction/engineering degree and a valid US driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Willingness to respond to off-hour emergencies and on-call duties.
• Travel across New England Territory to support transmission operations.
• Valid US driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct on-site supervision of union and/or contractor crews on capital projects and system maintenance.
• Develop and execute work, safety, and outage plans with project teams and leadership.
• Monitor daily crew activities to ensure safe work practices.
• Provide field support for logistics, material handling, and job site readiness.
• Track progress against schedules and report delays or concerns to Lead or Sr Supervisor.
• Foster relationships with internal teams and contractors to promote safety, quality, and teamwork.
• May hold or assist with clearances under the direction of an authorized person.
