National Grid seeks a Vice President, Project Management & Construction to lead New England Electric’s capital programs, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting regulatory requirements. You will oversee governance, controls, and stakeholder engagement across transmission, substations, and grid modernization initiatives in the Northboro/Waltham area.

Formación

• Capital project and program execution experience in utilities or asset-intensive industries.
• Leadership of large construction organizations and contractors.
• Experience with governance, controls, forecasting, and risk management.
• Experience with permitting, regulators, and stakeholder engagement.
• Executive leadership and organizational transformation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safety leadership across all project, construction, maintenance, and contractor activities.
• Lead capital project and program execution across transmission, substations, distribution, and grid modernization.
• Establish construction strategies and delivery models optimizing safety, productivity, and schedule.
• Lead transmission siting, permitting, public engagement, and stakeholder activities.
• Develop organizational capability, talent development, and governance for capital investments.
• Provide governance, financial controls, forecasting, and performance reporting.
