Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an Inside Supervisor to lead field activities for capital projects in the eastern part of CT. The role focuses on safe, efficient execution of construction, operation, and maintenance of electric distribution and transmission systems, with emphasis on safety culture and customer service.

The Supervisor will coordinate with multiple departments, municipalities, and outside contractors, ensuring the work packages are ready and the schedule is met, including storm duty

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Five to ten years of related experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Motor Vehicle License required; DOT Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, timely, and efficient completion of field work on electric distribution and transmission systems.
• Set safety expectations and address safety issues promptly; promote continuous learning of safe methods.
• Coordinate with customers, other departments, and outside contractors to maintain schedule and budget.
• Prepare, review, and approve time, expense, materials, and other records.
• Provide leadership, performance feedback, and conduct annual reviews under applicable bargaining unit contracts.
• Fulfill storm duty assignments and participate in on-call rotations.
