Job summary

Dillon Morgan Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Capital Construction to lead complex capital improvement and construction projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget, navigating regulatory requirements and ensuring quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Environmental Design, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in capital project management, construction management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex design and construction projects from inception through completion.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital construction and major renovation projects from initiation through completion and closeout.
• Define project scope, budgets, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and requirements.
• Manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other project partners.
• Develop, negotiate, and administer professional service and construction contracts.
• Review and manage change orders, invoices, pay applications, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, contractors, and community stakeholders.
• Facilitate design reviews and project meetings through key milestones.
• Review documents for quality, compliance, constructability, and alignment with requirements.
• Monitor progress through site visits and coordination with construction teams.
