Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Senior CAPEX Project Engineer to provide capital project management for 1NA Beverage manufacturing locations. Based in Plano, TX, you will lead cross-functional teams across operations, maintenance, finance and procurement to deliver high-speed packaging and processing projects.

You will mentor teams, manage scope, budget and schedule, and collaborate with external engineering integrators. Extensive travel up to 30–50% is required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; manufacturing or process experience preferred.
• 7–9 years of project engineering experience focusing on new equipment, line installation, startup and high-speed packaging.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing plant operations and TPM/LSS processes.
• Ability to travel up to 30–50% to coordinate multi-plant projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor teams; foster collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee project scope, budget and schedule for CAPEX initiatives.
• Provide financial tracking and reporting for project spend.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and external engineering partners.
• Utilize SAP myBuy, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD and MS Project to manage projects.
