Amrize in Plano, TX seeks a Senior CAPEX Engineering Manager to lead large industrial capital projects in the US and Canada, focusing on feasibility and FEED. Travel up to ±30% across USA and Canada; strong leadership, safety culture, and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in heavy industrial production (cement, aggregates, foundry/furnace) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cement industry design standards and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across large capex projects (>USD 10M).
• Oversee feasibility studies and front-end engineering design.
• Interface with suppliers, contractors and operations to optimize project delivery.
