Job summary

Intuit in Carmel, IN, is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst on the Modern Ops Expert Planning team to shape optimized network plans across the Consumer Group operations (TurboTax/TurboTax Live). You will anchor planning choices with data, forecasting, and standardized processes to balance customer experience, employee experience, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in capacity planning, workforce management, or labor modeling.
• Experience in program or project management with cross-functional delivery.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and SQL; working knowledge of big data tools and BI platforms.
• Ability to define KPI frameworks and translate findings for senior leaders.
• Strong storytelling and communication to drive alignment.
• Track record of scalable analytical frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and own optimized headcount, hiring, and capacity planning frameworks at the IG level across TurboTax/tax operations.
• Lead capacity risk identification and cross-functional dependency resolution.
• Develop KPI frameworks and standardize metrics, reporting, and decision-making.
• Partner with internal technology teams to implement planning tools and automation.
• Lead operational impact assessments for product launches and integrate into capacity plans.
• Build end-to-end resource and delivery plans with cross-functional teams.
• Operate AI/GenAI and BI tools to solve initiative-level planning outcomes.
• Lead process and reporting standardization for scalable solutions.
