Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst for the Modern Ops Expert Planning team. The role shapes optimized network plans across the Consumer Group, guiding capacity planning for TurboTax and TurboTax Live, balancing customer experience, employee engagement, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in capacity planning, workforce management, or labor modeling.
• Experience in program or project management, leading cross-functional delivery in ambiguous environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and SQL; working knowledge of big data tools (Redshift, Spark) and BI platforms (Tableau, Qlik).
• Demonstrated ability to define KPI frameworks, model capacity scenarios, and translate findings for Directors and senior leaders.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills with ability to drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Track record of building scalable analytical frameworks, tools, or processes adopted beyond the immediate team.

Responsibilities

• Define and own optimized headcount, hiring, and capacity planning frameworks balancing service levels, employee experience, and cost outcomes.
• Lead capacity risk identification and mitigation across concurrent initiatives.
• Develop KPI frameworks and reporting infrastructure for the organization.
• Partner with internal tech teams to implement new planning tools and automation.
• Lead operational impact assessments for product launches and integrate into long-term capacity plans.
• Build and maintain end-to-end resource and delivery plans with cross-functional teams.
• Operate AI/GenAI and BI tools to solve planning outcomes.
• Lead process standardization for scaling solutions and document tradeoffs.
