Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst on the Modern Ops Expert Planning team to build, maintain, and optimize network plans for TurboTax and TurboTax Live. You will deliver rigorous, data-driven analysis balancing customer experience, employee experience, and cost efficiency, collaborating across Product, Service Delivery, Partner Management, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.

The role involves developing capacity models, staffing scenarios, tracking performance vs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of capacity planning or workforce modeling experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills with data tooling knowledge.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Experience with AI/GenAI analytics encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain headcount, hiring, and capacity plans for assigned CG initiatives.
• Identify and track capacity risks and propose mitigations.
• Implement KPI frameworks and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams to test, adopt, and provide feedback on planning tools.
• Conduct operational impact assessments for product launches; present findings to stakeholders.
• Produce trend analyses and forward-looking staffing forecasts.
• Use AI/GenAI and BI tools to deliver planning outcomes and share best practices.
• Document methodologies and identify improvement opportunities with clear tradeoffs.
