H.G. Fenton Company is seeking a Candidate Experience Manager in San Diego to design and optimize the end-to-end candidate journey across interviews, selection, and onboarding.

You will own the process with mentorship from the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development, delivering high-quality outcomes and measurable improvements. You will drive recruiting systems, partner with hiring managers, and promote an engaging employer brand through marketing and communications.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting support or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, ATS, job boards, and social media.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the candidate experience across interview, selection, and hiring processes.
• Own the recruitment workflow with autonomy under the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development.
• Drive efficiency and consistency in hiring procedures and candidate engagement.
