Job summary

GAF Materials Corp. is seeking a Senior HR Partner to oversee HR functions across multiple sites, supporting salaried, salaried non-exempt, and hourly employee groups. The role partners with management on employee relations and acts as a champion for employee engagement and change initiatives.

Responsibilities include partnering with recruitment for interviews and onboarding, conducting investigations, and driving HR process modernization while delivering exceptional service to all client groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years in exempt level HR roles.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Ability to multitask with strong organization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR solutions aligned to enterprise and functional strategies.
• Act as a change agent to support organizational growth and development.
• Partner with recruitment to facilitate interviews and onboarding.
• Conduct investigations and inform disciplinary actions when needed.
• Provide high-level customer service to all client groups and HR visibility to hourly teams.
• Support multisite HR operations across salaried and hourly employees.
