GAF Materials Corp. is seeking a Senior HR Partner to lead multisite human resources initiatives across salaried, exempt, and hourly populations.

You will act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation, benefits, analytics, and talent management while championing a positive workplace culture. In this role you will design people solutions, partner with the ER COE, coordinate interviews, onboarding, and ensure compliant,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years in exempt HR resources roles.
• Tech savvy with HRIS (Workday preferred).
• Intermediate skills in Google Suite.
• Fast-paced and dynamic environment; able to adapt as plans evolve.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement people solutions to address enterprise and functional strategies.
• Act as a change agent to enhance organizational growth.
• Coordinate hourly and salaried interviews and onboarding.
• Partner with Employee Relations COE on ER issues and leadership communications.
• Support employee engagement and coaching for managers and staff.
