College of Coastal Georgia seeks a Network & Audio Visual Specialist to maintain and support campus networking, AV and classroom technology systems at CCGA main campus in Brunswick. You will troubleshoot, assist faculty and staff, and support events with AV and digital signage management.

The role requires an associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license. Extron/Crestron experience is preferred, and there is supervision of student workers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• More than three years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Background check and compliance required.

Responsabilités

• Supports Chief Systems Engineer in maintaining and troubleshooting network and classroom technology systems.
• Provides immediate technology assistance to faculty in the classroom.
• Provides direct customer service and support to all technology users.
• Provides AV, networking, and technology support for campus events and programs.
• Maintains classroom equipment supplies: lamps, cables, connectors, etc.
• Trains, schedules and supervises student workers.
• Maintains content of digital signage and related systems.
• Assists with Helpdesk duties as required.
