This position performs general maintenance and support work in the residence halls and other Housing & Residence Life facilities. Duties include assisting licensed trades staff with routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of residential systems and spaces. Work involves a variety of semi‑skilled tasks to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for students. This position is designated as Essential Personnel.
