Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Campaign Strategy Senior Manager to join the Marketing and Client Development team. The role leads end-to-end client journeys, develops standard templates, and ensures tactical connectivity across channels.

You will partner with BU Marketers, optimize real-time performance, and drive personalization for campaigns, while mentoring staff and shaping the strategic marketing roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years applicable experience in the field with 2+ years of exempt/management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; prior legal or professional services experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to design and map customer journeys across lifecycle.
• Advanced data storytelling and ability to distill insights into actions.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, web, orchestration, analytics, and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mapping of client journeys across lifecycle.
• Develop a library of Standard Journey templates for repeatable execution.
• Ensure tactics are connected to next steps in the client journey.
• Monitor campaign health and optimize creative, targeting, and cadence.
• Define segmentation and dynamic content rules for personalization.
• Collaborate with BU Marketers to reflect business needs.
• Coordinate with Digital Experience team on journey setup.
• Lead UAT for complex multi-touch journeys.
• Summarize insights and provide feedback for future cycles.
• Coordinate content development and asset readiness.
• Supervise and mentor direct reports; participate in hiring and performance reviews.
