Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Premier Experiences Senior Manager to lead the design and execution of high-profile client engagement programs. You will partner with Marketing & Client Development to craft experiences that differentiate the firm in the market.

The role involves end-to-end event leadership, sponsorship strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with business units, while managing budgets, vendors, data capture, and CRM integration to drive sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing or business development, with leadership experience
• Experience in strategy, transformation, or growth initiatives
• Proven ability to manage complex event programs from concept to post-analysis
• Experience with vendor selection, contracts, and on-site delivery
• Professional services or B2B marketing background preferred
• Must have CVENT, TicketManager, and CRM experience

Responsibilities

• Design event programs with BU Marketing and CD to drive client engagement and cross-selling
• Lead marquee events from concept through post-event analysis, managing timelines
• Drive sponsorship activation for major industry conferences
• Partner with business units to translate goals into experiential plans
• Collaborate to identify targets for premier events and develop follow-through sales plans
• Source and manage premium vendors and negotiate contracts to meet standards
• Lead on-site teams for activations and ensure a seamless attendee experience
• Capture client data and feed CRM for long-term relationship management
• Own budgets for marquee programs with variance reporting and cost control
• Utilize event tech to manage registration and engagement, coaching junior staff
• Provide supervision and mentorship to direct reports and manage staffing/log-time
