Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in strategy, transformation, or growth.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, web, automation, orchestration, and data visualization technologies.
• Prior legal industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic frameworks for client journeys.
• Lead omnichannel personalization strategy.
• Translate marketing objectives into campaign architectures.
• Establish frameworks for real-time campaign adjustments.
• Supervise and mentor direct reports.
