Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Client Performance Senior Specialist to oversee programmatic native campaigns in our DSP environment, building, managing, and optimizing campaigns for high-value clients with a focus on action and conversion. You will collaborate with Sales, Client Experience Leads, and Legal to ensure successful delivery and revenue protection.

This role emphasizes AI-assisted workflows, self-service support for advertisers, and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising operations or campaign management.
• Hands-on DSP experience with programmatic/native advertising.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to synthesize data and speed up workflows.
• Excellent written and oral communication in cross-functional environments with Sales and Legal.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-value projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational oversight of campaign and creative setup and billing in Native platform.
• Oversee creation and management of complex creative/ad builds across platforms to meet specs and KPIs.
• Monitor delivery and performance of high-value campaigns against KPIs and troubleshoot issues.
• Support self-service advertisers with setup guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and accelerate timelines.
• Act as consultant for sales and Client Experience Leads with data-driven recommendations.
• Coordinate with legal, billing, and collections to resolve issues and reconcile accounts.
• Use AI-augmented analysis to detect delivery anomalies and suggest optimizations.
• Automate repetitive tasks and lead project workstreams with mentorship.
