Xiting LLC is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to build and own our US marketing strategy. You will collaborate with our EU team to drive outbound and inbound campaigns, create content for emails, landing pages and social media, and apply AI tooling to personalize outreach.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, event coordination across the US, and a results-driven, autonomous work style in a fully remote setup.

Formación

• Marketing experience, ideally in IT or related industry.
• Strong AI affinity with hands-on experience (AI agents, tooling for content/automation).
• Familiarity with B2B sales topics is a plus, not required.
• Strong communication, initiative and a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Native-level English required; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of the US market; willingness to travel for events.
• Comfortable working fully remote as part of a distributed, international team.
• Independent, structured, and results-driven work style.

Responsabilidades

• Build and drive our US marketing strategy in collaboration with the EU team.
• Develop and execute outbound and inbound campaigns to generate demand and leads in the US.
• Create content for campaigns, social media, emails, and landing pages.
• Apply AI tools and technologies to scale and personalize marketing.
• Coordinate participation in industry events across the US, including planning and logistics.
• Track marketing trends and optimize approach based on results.
• Collaborate with Sales to align marketing activities with pipeline priorities.
