Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi-component external organizing campaigns across diverse regions.
• Lead campaign strategy, including defining goals, benchmarks, and tactics for field, digital, communications, research, and legislative components.
• Oversee staff and campaign resources, budget approvals, and data systems for decision-making.
• Coach and supervise campaign staff; build a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
