Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in a technical role with radiometry/optics experience.
• Experience with MATLAB and Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Familiarity with test automation and reporting concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team collaboration.
• Ability to obtain an active U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and optical teams to meet specs.
• Develop and maintain software for radiometric modeling and testing automation.
• Analyze prototype test data and generate detailed reports.
• Lead image performance evaluation and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Create test instructions and train technicians on equipment usage.
• Contribute to early-stage test design for new product introduction.
