Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Camera Test Engineer to ensure stringent testing standards for high‑quality products. You will push automation, throughput, and data analytics, collaborating across engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.

The role requires a track record in fast-paced, technical teams, strong communication, and the ability to contribute to NPI test design and process improvements. Eligible for a U.S. security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python and test automation.
• Strong root cause analysis of hardware/software/firmware.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own production test activities and troubleshooting of infrared systems.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream.
• Develop test instructions and train technicians on equipment use.
• Build a library of failure modes with troubleshooting guides.
• Develop software for test automation and data analytics.
• Analyze test data and provide detailed reports of defects.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to improve products.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes.
