Mohr Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator to lead CAM, insurance and real estate tax reconciliation audits across a multi-location retail portfolio. You will identify overcharges, recover savings for clients, and guide a team of Portfolio Administrators in thorough lease administration.

The role requires reading leases closely, verifying landlord figures against leases, and working in a fast-paced client-focused environment where accuracy and timelines matter.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of lease administration experience with CAM reconciliation or audits.
• Strong understanding of retail lease terms and CAM reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills for reconciliations and variance schedules.
• Experience with Lease Harbor, Visual Lease, ProLease, LeaseAccelerator and/or CoStar.
• Clear, professional writing for landlord negotiations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple audits.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Aufgaben

• Lead CAM, insurance and real estate tax reconciliation audits across a multi-location retail portfolio, from document review through settlement.
• Check that each landlord charge is allowed by the lease, including pro rata share, gross-up, caps, base years, fees and exclusions.
• Request and review landlord backup, and match charges to invoices, GL reports and tenant payment history.
• Find overcharges and billing errors, prepare findings reports with lease support, and negotiate credits with landlords in writing.
• Track recovered savings and recurring overcharge trends across the portfolio.
• Train and guide Portfolio Administrators on audit methods and lease administration best practices.
