Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; Master's degree is a plus.
• CPA or CPA candidate is preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial property accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of lease accounting, CAM reconciliations, and property financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and variance analyses for commercial properties.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare and post journal entries ensuring financial accuracy.
• Review tenant lease agreements for accurate billing and system setup.
• Monitor rent rolls, tenant ledgers, delinquency reports, and lease expiration schedules.
• Support CAM reconciliation processes and property-level operating expense recoveries.
• Assist with construction accounting, job cost reviews, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Record partnership transactions including contributions, distributions, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Review accounts payable invoices and cash receipts for proper coding.
